Recovery
No visibility into how the residual limb is actually settling week to week.
Phase 1 · Monitoring platform, preparing for pilot
People living with limb loss are monitored only during clinic visits. Hapi connects the patient's phone to the clinician's dashboard, so recovery is measured continuously — not recalled from memory at the next appointment.

The gap
Today clinicians rely on occasional appointments, questionnaires and a pain score recalled weeks after the fact. Almost nothing objective is captured in between.
No visibility into how the residual limb is actually settling week to week.
Phantom and residual limb pain fluctuate daily, but are recorded once a quarter.
Whether exercises actually happened is self-reported, long after the fact.
Real wear patterns and tolerance are invisible outside the clinic.
The platform
A patient mobile app and a clinician dashboard on a single shared backend, with real-time synchronisation between them.
A 0–10 score is the only required field. Type, location and notes stay optional, so a log takes one tap when pain actually hits.
Every entry lands on the clinician's timeline, timestamped and attributed — a real trend line instead of a single remembered number.
One schedule, visible to both sides. Patients see what's next; clinicians see the whole caseload.
Patients and their care team in one thread, kept inside the platform rather than scattered across personal channels.
Patient list, individual profiles, medical notes and pain analytics — built for a caseload, not a single chart.
Row-level security on every record, so a patient reaches their own data and clinicians reach only their caseload.
For patients
Someone in pain will not open an app and fill in a six-field form. So we made the score the only thing we ask for. Try it — pick a number and save.
Log pain
Just the pain score is enough — everything else is optional.

What your clinician sees
Nothing yet. Save a score on the phone and it appears here instantly.
For clinicians
The Doctor Hub turns scattered self-reports into a longitudinal view, so the conversation starts from data rather than recall.
Caseload
01 / 04
Every assigned patient with their current status, so you can see who needs attention before you open a single chart.
02 / 04
Pain scores logged at home build the trend line that a single in-clinic question never could.
03 / 04
Medical notes and appointments sit alongside the patient-reported data rather than in a separate system.
04 / 04
Secure messaging keeps the conversation attached to the patient record, not someone's personal inbox.
Roadmap
Hapi is a monitoring platform today. Sensing hardware and therapeutic features follow only after engineering and clinical validation.
Not yet available in the platform.
Therapeutic features will only be introduced after scientific validation.
Questions
Hapi Bionics builds digital rehabilitation software for people living with limb loss. The platform is a patient mobile app and a clinician dashboard on one shared backend, so pain and recovery are recorded continuously between clinic visits instead of recalled at the next appointment.
Two groups. Patients recovering from amputation use the mobile app to log pain, see appointments and message their care team. Rehabilitation clinicians and prosthetics teams use the Doctor Hub to review pain trends, keep notes and manage their caseload.
No. The Hapi Sleeve — wearable EMG sensing on the residual limb with Bluetooth connectivity — is in development and is not part of the platform today. Hapi currently works with no additional hardware: everything runs on the patient's own phone.
No. Hapi is a monitoring tool that records patient-reported outcomes for clinical review. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Therapeutic features such as closed-loop rehabilitation remain in research and will only be introduced after scientific validation.
Access is enforced at the database row: a patient can reach only their own records, and a clinician can reach only the patients assigned to them. Messages and pain logs stay inside the platform rather than in personal inboxes or chat apps.
One tap. A 0–10 pain score is the only required field; pain type, location and notes are optional and can be skipped, because someone in pain will not stop to fill in a long form.
Request early access through the form on this page. Hapi is preparing pilot deployments with rehabilitation teams and prosthetics clinics, and no hardware is required to take part.
